What will my child learn?
Across 20 structured lessons, your child will consolidate the 35 key sounds and 20 essential sight words they learnt in Workbook 1 and 2 plus will learn 10 new sounds and 10 new sight words. All new content is introduced gradually with plenty of practice to build confidence. Each workbook is divided into five units, each ending with a checkpoint to track progress and celebrate achievement
 
I don't know much about phonics - can I still use these books?
Absolutely. Each activity has clear instructions and there's a pronunciation guide at the back of the workbook. Plus, you'll have access to audio guides to understand more about key terms.
 
How are these workbooks different from others we’ve tried?

Is this the right starting point for my child?
This workbook is the third in the series and builds on content taught in Workbook 1 and 2. It is recommended to begin with Workbook 1 as children need a strong foundation in all letters and sounds in order to read tricky words fluently.
